Ambassador Program Agreement

Thank you for your interest in our Ambassador Program. By joining and participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Language Disclaimer
This Ambassador Program Agreement is originally written in English. Any translations of this Agreement are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail and be considered the official and legally binding version.

1. Eligibility

To join the Ambassador Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active presence on social media, blog, or community platform, or be willing to promote products to your personal network.
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations, including those concerning advertising, testimonials, and product claims.

2. Program Overview

The Ambassador Program is a commission-based promotional partnership.

  • Ambassadors receive a personalized discount code to share with their audience.
  • This code grants:
    • 10% discount to the customer on each order.
    • 15% commission to the Ambassador on the first purchase of each new customer using their code.
  • Commissions apply only to first-time purchases made using the ambassador’s coupon code.
  • The program operates during specific predefined periods. Ambassadors will be notified when the program is active.
  • Currently these products take part in the program: COMBOs, SKINCARE, ARTHROSIS.

Commission Example:
Ambassador coupon: 10%
Ambassador commission: 15%

COMBO Products: 70€
-Using the Ambassador coupon, the customer pays: 70€ – 10% = 63€
-Ambassador commission: 63€ * 15% = 9.45€

Single Products (SKINCARE, ARTHROSIS): 35€
-Using the Ambassador coupon, the customer pays: 35€ – 10% = 31.5€
-Ambassador commission: 31.5€ * 15% = 4.73€

3. Prohibited Activities

Ambassadors agree not to:

  • Engage in misleading, unethical, or spammy promotion.
  • Use paid ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to promote the code unless explicitly authorized in writing.
  • Misrepresent the product or make false health or medical claims.
  • Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in relation to the promotion.

4. Content Guidelines

When sharing our products, Ambassadors must:

  • Clearly disclose their relationship as an Ambassador (e.g., “I may earn a commission”).
  • Use accurate and honest language about product benefits.
  • Not alter or misuse any branding, logos, or product images unless authorized.

5. Participation in the Ambassador Program

In order to enroll in the Ambassador Program, you need:

  • to submit the provided application
  • All affiliate signups within 5 business days are reviewed by us before deciding if an application is accepted.
  • If we determine that your application is not suitable for the Program, it may be rejected for any reason.

6. Commission Payments

  • Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days of the end of the applicable month.
  • Payments will be made via PayPal or Bank transfer.
  • Minimum payout threshold via PayPal is €50 via Bank transfer is €80.
  • Ambassadors are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation:

  • With a seven-day prior notice without providing any explanation.
  • Immediately without any prior notice, if your account or you violate the Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions.
  • Inactivity.

Ambassadors may also request to leave the program at any time by notifying us in writing at info[at]hy-cosmetics.com

8. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Ambassador Program, or any part of it, at any time. The amendments and/or supplements of the Agreement are effective immediately upon being posted to the HY Cosmetics website. The current Terms and Conditions of the Ambassador Agreement are always available publicly on HY Cosmetics’s website.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this program. Commission earnings are not guaranteed.

10. Governing Law

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising under this Ambussador Agreement will be resolved according to the jurisdiction and legislation of Cyprus.

11. Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
